First of all there’s you. We want to build long-term relationships with our clients, so it’s in our interest to get on well and achieve great results. Next, there’s us. And there’s not many of us, which is a good thing. It means we’re more flexible, more responsive and our senior people are more available. Finally, there’s them, the specialists we bring in if needed. We don’t know everything, but we do know someone who does.
